If you send us a message, answer a survey on one of our articles, or call the office, we receive what you choose to give us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, and what you tell us about your situation. We also use Google Analytics, which records anonymous usage such as which pages were read.
To reply to you and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you hire us for. Nothing you send us through this site creates a client relationship on its own, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Investigative work is confidential by nature. We do not publish, sell or trade what you tell us. Case information is disclosed only where the law requires it, or where you instruct us to disclose it.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the provider that delivers the messages for us, and that provider may not use it for its own marketing. Enquiries that do not become cases are kept only as long as they are useful. Case files are retained for the period our professional and legal obligations require.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser and the site still works.
