SMS Terms and Conditions

How our text messages work, and how to stop them at any time.

Last updated September 16, 2026. These terms cover text messages sent by New York Intelligence Agency.

What the program is

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, or ask us on a call to text you, we may send you messages about your enquiry or your case: confirming a consultation, letting you know when David can speak, and following up on something you asked.

How to join

Tick the consent box beside the phone field on any form on this site, or tell us on a call that texting is fine. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring us or of any purchase.

How often we text

Message frequency varies and depends on your matter. Most people receive between one and five messages about a single enquiry. We do not send bulk marketing to this number.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number. You receive one final message confirming it. To start again, text START or tell us on a call.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or call (646) 461-4650 any hour.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and most smaller carriers.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
